How to Book and RSVP

In a nutshell, the booking process is:

  1. Contact Clement and book your room.
  2. RSVP and let us know you're coming at: Click here.
  3. Make sure you have a valid passport with an expiration date of at least 6 months after the voyage end date.
  4. Complete your Virgin Voyages paperwork.

Clement is a dedicated person from Virgin who is your personal voyage planner. Take advantage of him if you have any questions!

Step 2: Contact Clement

Clement is the wedding's dedicated booking person and your personal voyage planner. He will make sure you're on the right boat, get your perks, and can handle any questions about anything cruise-related.

When you first talk to him and when you're ready to book, share the following trip info with him.

Step 4 (optional): Book a hotel

Cruising can be expensive, and it would suck to miss your departure because of any delays in your travels to Miami. If you would like to get a hotel for the night before, we have reservation blocks at two different hotels.

Book as soon as you can! Starting in 2026, the blocks will become unavailable due to the FIFA World Cup.
